KFC Original Recipe Bites - Heavy Stuffed Chicken Nuggets
Oh Hail! The king of chicken nuggets is here!
Well, KFC launched their newest product that I think this will be considered as the king of the Chicken nuggets in the Philippine market, they called it the KFC Original Recipe Bites.
Think like this, an original recipe KFC chicken less the bones and they turned it to a nuggets which I think it will be a hit. The product is so stuffed with chicken meat, no flour or something just pure chicken meat.
The price of the said food is not quite friendly unless you are going to order the five pieces ala-carte for 50 pesos, their combo is quite pricey for 100 pesos and 135 pesos for the 10 pieces which I think is not very friendy, hope they decrease the price in order to be attractive.
Five pieces order for 70 pesos for the ala carte and 100 for the combo meal.
10 pieces for 135 pesos, this is only offered as ala carte.
If you want to try this food, the I'll definitely recommend to try this one.

KFC Zinger Double Down Sandwich: Another monster meal
When I saw this ferrocious monster meal from a television ads. No questions asked went to the nearest KFC or Kentucky Fried Chicken food branch to taste this product. I am already drooling over this food.
So I got my order at the counter.
My first observation is the packaging of the KFC Zinger Double Down; KFC made a conservative approach on their packaging on this one, a plain paper with a hard carton that support the whole product; this kind of packaging are very apparent to those sandwiches that you can see on those first-class restaurant or fine-dinning restaurant.
Take the first bite; my impression on the food, is just a normal chicken patties stuffed with cheese and mayo without the bread; if you are already fed up with their Zinger sandwich you'll just experience this one without the bread. It is not bad if you want to try this new product from KFC. The usual setup whenever you order a double-down burger, you will purchase a rice worth five pesos in carinderia or go home and matched it with a big plate of rice; because rice in KFC is pricey and too small for those guys who has big appetite. The good thing on this one is less salty compared to the original recipe.
The retail price of this food is 150 pesos for the combo meal—KFC French Fries and KFC Drinks (can be soda or iced tea, additional charge for the juice drink)—and 120 pesos for the ala-carte or just the KFC Zinger Double Down only.
So what are you waiting for, go get this monster meal and indulge yourself.

Jollibee's Chocolate and Strawberry Sundae and Streetwise Spoonful
After watching Alodia's Fantasy in Marikina, I want to try something sweet for a while, like ice-cream; good thing that KFC and Jollibee in SM Marikina are near within each other. So, I told my friends that I'll buy first a chocolate sundae and strawberry sundae from Jollibee and I will follow them to KFC. After I received my order from Jollibee I purchase a Chocolate Mousse and Chocolate Tiramisu.
We tried the chocolate and strawberry sundae from Jollibee, all I can say is that, there is nothing special about their product its just a syrup topped on a simple vanilla ice cream. Not bad for a sundae from a well known brand compare to other food store, which is just a franchise with the same price.
Next we try is the streetwise spoonful from KFC, we tried the Chocolate Mousse and Chocolate Tiramisu. Kinda dissapointing because, at first you will expect that topping is an ice-cream, but, when you taste their dessert, its just an icing plus the chocolate layer at the bottom, a layer taken from Red-Ribbon chocolate cake.
The good thing about this product is sometimes you will forget your name, especially if girls are tasting their product.
