Last Sunday, Healtcetera was aired lived in GMA News TV 11. Healthcetera will be the first health show in GMA News TV 11 that tackles mainly on Beauty and Wellness. All I can say is that the first episode was a successful one.

Before the show was aired, I was very grateful that I was invited on their press-con at the Torre Venezia Suites in Timog Avenue Quezon City — their main office is located at the place.


The press-con was filled with question from the media and bloggers regarding what are the topic that they will discuss at the show, which is very helpful for those individual in terms of Beauty and Wellness.

My whole stay at the press-con, I learned many things about the importance of taking care of your health and be Beautiful. Also, Dra. Pie Calayan show us on how to make a healthy salad without using a dressing, still there is a sensation that the food has still a dressing on it — by the way, if we are talking about Mayo on your dressing, well Cholesterol comes with it because the main ingredient is Egg.

Fit For You And Me: this segment will show you the word "Complete health lifestyle" habit. This will show steps and procedure where you can be fit and think the word "Exercise is too hard" will be the thing of the past.
