Nike again launched their newest model line-up on their KOBE series, the KOBE 8.
I never really liked the KOBE line-up since I started to collect shoes, but I guess this time I'll put an exception on this shoes maybe because of the component comes with it compared to the previous series of this shoes and also at the same time, it will be added to my shoe collection this year because the shoes claims that its weight only 0.6lbs which will be the lightest of all KOBE collection ever produced.
Features that are available on this shoe that differs on its previous series are impressive black mamba which represent the year of the snake (2013); Nike Engineered Mesh Upper, feature that provide and ultra-lightweight fit that moves with the user's foot at the same time it offers 360-degrees breathability; offering a full-length Lunarlon midsole feature that delivers lightweight, low-profile cushioning, and low-to-the-ground for better foot stability; the introduction of the No-sew on a synthetic overlay feature and toe-and-lateral quarter panel for foot support; the 3d anatomical heel counter design provides perfect fit on your feet for excellent lock-down; the foam-backed composite tongue provides lightweight comfort and close fit experience for your feet was also introduce on this shoe; the lightweight comfort stability is also available through its Phylon Carrier design; having a 1mm web rubber outsole was also introduce on this shoe for lightweight durability and great multi-surface traction; and a Glass composite midfoot shank for excellent torsional rigidty and midfoot support.
KOBE 8 will be available worlwide on retail-stores within the first quarter of 2013.
