Korean Food: Kimchi Ramen and Crispy Toasted Seaweed Flakes
So my friend and I went on a korean food hopping here in Manila and talk anything about Korean Culture — planning also to promote one of my website that promotes Korean Pop here in the Philippines. So, I purchase the food Kimchi Ramen and Seaweed Flakes; and went home.

I cooked and prepared the food to taste this one; also, crispy toasted seaweed flakes was added to my meal in order to try something else and getting the health benefits. Take the first sip of the Kimchi Ramen, first reaction on the soup was one spicy taste, I mean, very spicy soup that I almost cried and cough; even the taste of the seaweed did not pacify or neutralize the spicy taste of this Kimchi Ramen; take note, I haven't eaten its noodles yet so I assume that is more hot when I already ate the noodles. While I am eating this food, my sweat is starting come out on my forehead and the itchy sensation on my cow-lick — it means that I am eating a hot or spicy food without any water intake.

The next time that I will prepare this Korean delicacy, instead of a seaweed flakes, a boiled pork meat as a topping to this ramen. It is better if instead of soda, a green tea will be your drink; it will also add health benefits to your body.

In South Korea, Kimchi is one of the staple food usually prepared on their tables. Kimchi also have many varieties that are prepared to satisfied are hungry tummies. Also, it is one of the nutritious food that I ever tasted and read on the books or on the internet.

So if you want to taste the Korean-Culture the first thing that you want to taste is their Kimchi ramen before anything else.
