FOOD Magazines' Food Tasting - Deliciously Healthy
"Learn Recipes, Tips And Strategies To Eating Right", this is their slogan of Food Magazines Food Tastings event
Event happened at Eastwood Mall, the show focused on having a healthy food on your table without sacrificing the taste, using organic ingredient and simple techniques on how to prepare them.
To start the event, Chef Anthony Macaraeg shows the audience how to prepare a healthy burger, which you cannot see that on burgers nowadays. The burgers that he prepared are Fitburger and Breakfast Burger.
It's very rare that you will spot a burger that is healthy and it was a clean preparation.

Next was Chef Deejay Santos with his unique Mediterranean Chicken and Couscous.
Next was Chef Matthew Bates of The Early Bird showing us on how to prepare his "Fun" breakfast foods; they are Poached Salmon Aioli, and Breakfast Sausage Tart which are my favorites on that show.
Guess this will be one of the unique delicacies that was showcased at the event; the Seafood Sotanghon with Black Ink by Chef Nancy Dizon-Edralin.
Last but not the least, Chef Robby Loco prepared and showcased his delicacies that I considered one of the most organic and native approach at the show. He prepared Pad Thai Salad and Mushroom and Kale Paella.
A successful event, at the same time audience where full at the time because of the food that were seved by famous chef which represent their signature foods.
Food Tastings event was powered by Food Magazine — an ABS-CBN Publishing, Lifestyle Network, Sapporo Noodles, Petron Gasul, and Tefal Cookingware.

Suki Day: Suy Sing is celebrating 65th Anniversary and 65 years of serving Filipino Grocers
There is an event which food lovers hoped you did not missed; if you enjoy the unlimited free taste at Ultra-Mega in PICC Forums, I think you will experienced yet again that kind of opportunity on this one. Happened last Sunday, that was October 23, 2011 at the World Trade Center. The event was the 65th anniversary of Suy Sing.
Suy Sing is celebrate their 65th year of providing service to Filipino Grocers; Suy Sing is a grocery distribution company which provide service and supplies to the grocery stores or independent supermarkets in the Philippines. So, you will expect on this event a free taste of food products from different food manufacturer. Suy Sing is similar also to Ultra-Mega.
At the event there are two booth which I like the most; one would be the booth from Nestle Philippines, which they are celebrating their 100 years of good food-good life for Filipinos and the other one would be the booth of The Bar, they are offering free taste of their liquor products.
Suy Sing also provided free lunch to the guest and free entertainment provided by the artist of Bubble Gang and was hosted by VJ Iya and Alex Gonzaga.
At the event Suy Sing throws also prizes like Ipad2 and a whopping 300,000 pesos to the winner.
Food that are offered for free taste on the event are Sting and Cobra energy drink; Cream-O crinkles, Presto Cookies, Carlo Rossi's Red Wine, Maling's meatloaf, Payless Pansit Bihon, Payless Shanghai Pancit Canton, Del Monte Fit and Right, Nestle kimy ice cream, Nestle Sorbetes, KitKat Orange Chocolate, and many more.
Hope there will be more of this kind of events, because I like to test new food product from different food manufacturer and be aware and be updated on food manufacturers new product which will be offered to the market.
Here are some food image on the event.
Please do share the link to your friends if they are present on the event.
