Modest Premium Steaks At Mati's Meat And Bread
Carnivores out there, if you are looking for another restaurant that offers premium steak (I mean all USDA Beef), your answer is Mati's Meat and Bread. Mati's Meat and Bread offers the value for steaks at modest price.
We have an opportunity to experience their mouth-watering dishes which is buzzing already in social-media and other local food review sites.
By the way, Mati's Meat and Bread is located at River Park, in Festival Mall in Alabang. The place is very strategic because outside of the establishment you will big the parking lot which is very convenient to those who will bring their cars.
A modern design of the store which you will see when you reached the place. Similar to those establishments in Makati, Bonifacio Global City, and in Ayala Alabang.
Huge glass windows overlooking the pond and amphitheater outside provides a relaxing vibe to the restaurant.
The design is very energy efficient, and innovative. Maximizing the sunlight to provide light at the restaurant is very seldom to be spotted in modern restaurant nowadays.
The story of the brand is that it was named after the owner's son, a family owned business. Also, the owner wants their idea of foods to be put on the table so customers will have an opportunity to taste it.
Mati's Meat and Bread is a perfect to kick back and relax with a nice meal of premium dishes and steaks at affordable price.

After a little chat with the owner about the background of Mati's Bread and Meat, the restaurant are now ready to showcased their mouth-watering foods. Here are the foods that was server to us:
Creamy Spinach Dip - Php280 :a unique taste which you will not spot the essence of the Spinach. The taste is more of the Cheese or Mushroom.
Truffled Bone Marrow - Php385 : Everyone will drool on this one, trust me.
Papa's Spicy Cripsy Wing - Php200
Balut Aligue — One of the best seller of the restaurant. Guys, this food is sinful, trust me. The Balut or developing Duck embryo is dishelled and served Buttery Aligue sauce, served on a hot pan.
Camille's Spinach & Arugula Bean Salad
Vince's Chicken & Arugula Salad
Salpicao Pizza, Bia's Four Cheese, Tali's Gamberetti, and Jala Pestroli

About Mati's Meat And Bread
Mati's Meat And Bread is owned by Paul and Caron Macasaet. Opened in October 2014, the restaurant was named after their son Mateo. The restaurant is a subsidiary of Melo's Steakhouse who pioneered Certified Angus Beef in the Philippines.
Mati's Meat And Bread is located at Unit B2, River Park, Festival Supermall, Filinvest Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
