Again, I did a litte adventure to check who have the best Cronuts in Manila. I went now to Gonuts Donuts in SM San Lazaro, located in Manila. This was the only branch by Gonuts Donuts that is offering Cronuts to the market.

Gonut Donuts SM San Lazaro branch.

The store is offering several variety of Cronuts, so what I did was I chose the Blueberry and the Peach cream variant; take note that once you ordered from them, you need to wait for 5 minutes to serve the food, the price on the product is 75 pesos.

My impression? This is the first time that the dough of the Cronuts was firm — Unlike Country Style, there Cronuts is horrible.

The preparation & the ingredient on this was fine, no interesting stuff that you can expect though.

Thought all is fine, but their customer service is not good — not saying their staff are rude or something; but, they are lacking customer service skills on their crew. This is the first time that they don't offer Fork or Spoon to product — even you'll ask one they will just say that they do not have any knife in handy & just going to give you a piece of paper to hold the food. Really, I was shock when I heard it. Hope the management of Gonuts Donuts to that they can add Fork or Spoon if the customer is requesting, disssapointed on this.

If you going to rate it? The food is good but the customer service is a dissapointment.
